Page Per Page's internal tracking tool oversees every piece of mail that goes through our system. Our on-time rate is calculated based on when the piece of mail is placed on the mail truck, and whether it falls within the guaranteed turnaround time for that product. Accuracy is based on any mailing that is sent out incorrectly due to something that occurred within any of the PPP processes.
On the first of every month, Page Per Page publishes this data because we believe trust is fostered through transparency. The report was last updated October, 2024.
