1. Personal letters (PDF)
If ordered before 8:00 PM MST, personal PDF letters will be printed and mailed the next business day. Guaranteed.
2. Mass mailings (non financial) and Statements (financial)
If ordered and the proof is approved (we generate digital proofs typically within 1 or 2 minutes after placing an order), we guarantee it will be mailed within three business days. Our actual turnaround time is usually much quicker, an average of 1.1 business days.
3. Coupon books
If ordered and the proof is approved, we guarantee it will be mailed within five business days. Our actual turnaround time is usually much quicker, an average of 3 business days.
