If Page Per Page makes a mistake on my mailing order, how is it resolved?

Our Answer:

If Page Per Page makes a mistake on your mailing order, we follow a six-step resolution process.

  1. Acknowledge the problem
  2. Identify the cause and resolution
  3. Take ownership.
  4. Make it right (in other words, we fix the problem)
  5. Issue an apology to the affected parties (i.e. sending an explanation letter to homeowners)
  6. Client decides financial implications

Timeliness and Transparency

Our response to any issue will be within minutes or hours, but certainly within one business day.

Furthermore, Page Per Page is the only mailing company in the Community Association industry that tracks its performance and publishes it publicly on our site.  In 2021, we processed 270,081 HOA mailing orders for more than 3.5 million homeowners and 99.96% of those orders were delivered on-time and accurately.

You may be thinking, I don’t care how your overall performance rates, I want to know how well you performed for us. We’ve got you covered there as well.  We provide each customer their very own scorecard each month so they can see exactly how we did.
