The Executive Team

Phil Hoffman, President and CEO

Phil has 23 years of experience in the Document Management industry. His past responsibilities have included several start-up, growth, and turnaround assignments in Print-for-Pay and Production Printing companies including 15 years with Xerox Corporation, a $16 billion dollar manufacturer of office printers, copiers, and fax machines. Over the past 3 years, Phil has been acting President and CEO of P.R. Hoffman, Inc., leading the multi-faceted company to triple-digit growth and expanding its breadth of offerings to include printing services, operating as AlphaGraphics; a "Feel-Good" magazine called Upbeat Street; and now Page-per-Page, a print management program for companies that wish to gain better control of their in-house printing costs.

Phil has been married for 27 years to Renee and has 4 children, 2 of which are actively involved in the business.

Bob Nail, Executive Vice President
Bob has 30 years of experience in the distribution industry. His past responsibilities have included many corporate and senior executive positions at Avnet Corporation, a $16 billion dollar computer distributor. Bob has been recognized many times for his achievements, including Avnet's prestigious Chairman Award. Bob is also the President and CEO of Window Works, a custom window treatment business in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Bob has been married to Barbara for 40 years. They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

Lindsay Hoffman
Director of Customer Service
Lindsay has been with AG4HOA for the past 5 years in various capacities. Over the past 3 years, she has played an integral part in developing our HOA offering, as Lindsay is a QuickBooks expert. Because she loves working with people and has a passion for helping others, Lindsay has assumed her current responsibilities for all of our HOA customers across the U.S.

Lindsay holds a B.A. degree from the University of Arizona with a teaching degree. With a passionate love of animals, she has rescued 2 dogs, a cat, and a bunny... and who knows what else!

Jared Toro
Manager of Technology
Jared has been with AG4HOA for 7 years and has been involved with the development of the HOA program since its inception. Jared manages the programming responsibilities for 4 different software applications all tied to the HOA side of our business.

Jared is married to Amber and has 4 children who keep him more than a little busy in sports, dance, and other creative venues. Jared enjoys barbecuing while rooting for his favorite team, the Denver Broncos.
